This is a group subconscious workshop which is focused on anxiousness, this journey takes around an hour. After booking you will receive a link to the upcoming Zoom session, please have your earphones or a good headset ready before the start of the session. This is a safe space for everyone, allow your body and soul to experience what it came for and watch the magic happen.
How to prepare for your session:
• Arrange a time and space where you will not be disturbed. It is a sacred personal journey and I’d like you to make the most out of it.
• Set up where you can lie down and have a blanket with you.
• Have a headset or earphones with a good microphone
• On the day of your session lower your caffeine intake
• Before the session meditate or take a walk (optional)
