\nFirst, we will decide on a time and date that works for both of us (I will also check the time zone differences)
\nOnce the date and time have been decided – sit back or lie down for 30 minutes in a relaxed position, I will be performing the healing session throughout that time. You may feel tingling or warmth, calmness, cold, or a presence of a touch in certain parts of your body – this is part of the energy healing and is perfectly normal, I will feel or see you intuitively, even if you are in another part of the world. Some people feel the energy more than others and the intensity of sensations will vary from person to person. Some feel it intensely, others not so much, but it does not mean that the healing does not work. Before booking the session be ready to be open for healing, 2-3 days after the session I will send you a PDF with insights on your energy field, the chakras I worked with, and advice. I am able to heal you energetically, but we will have to meet halfway \ud83d\ude42 It is important that you also start working on yourself or improving your routine after or in-between the sessions for the best result. <\/p>\n
